Traffic Update: Radio broadcasts 17 updates in every half an hour from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. However, in public holidays, the frequency of traffic updates increases as there will be no peak hour program.  The information broadcasted through updates are reliable and quick as they are received directly from the Control Room of the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division as well as the police officers deployed on the road for traffic management.

Peak Hour: Peak Hour program is broadcasted twice a day except in public holidays including Saturday. The program is designed to provide information about the vehicular pressure, congestions and obstructions; if any; on the road during office/business hours both at morning and evening. The program involves direct telephonic interview on the latest traffic situation with the officers deployed at major crossing and intersection points on the road. The information on the alternative roads - in case of obstructions and congestions - the drivers can use for early passage, are also provided.
